Organization and Administration: Training of financial leaders for employees nominated to move to the administrative capital

The Central Agency for Organization and Administration, headed by Dr. Saleh Al-Sheikh, began implementing specialized programs in the field of financial affairs to develop the capabilities of employees nominated to move to the administrative capital working in financial departments, in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance, within the framework of the authority managing the process of training employees nominated to move to the capital.


The Minister of Finance, Dr. Mohamed Maait, welcomed the participation in the training of employees working in the financial departments of the ministries and agencies moving to the administrative capital, especially in light of the ministry's work on automating the services provided by it.


The Minister of Finance added that the training program contains important knowledge, as the trained employee learns about the digital transformation of electronic payment and collection systems, the general framework of accounts and special funds, their accounting system, as well as an overview of Chapter Six and the difference between current spending, investment spending, and supply and contracting contracts. And the general framework of the state’s general budget, as well as the contracting law and electronic publication on the contracts portal under Law No. 5 of 2015.
