Coulibaly, the fugitive, forces the coastal star to borrow a bank

Press reports revealed that the Ivorian Soleimani Coulibaly, the coastal star player, caused a major crisis within the Tunisian club after obliging the International Sports Court, the coastal champion of Tunisia, to pay one million and 436 thousand dollars within 45 days from the date of the ruling due to the player’s escape from Al-Ahly and his departure from Egypt.

The Ivorian Soleimani Coulibaly fled from Al-Ahly earlier, despite the continuation of his contract with the club with incorrect allegations, and Al-Ahly took all legal measures to preserve his rights, and the Sports Court upheld the ruling issued by the International Federation in favor of Al-Ahly.

The Tunisian "Sports" website said that Etoile du Sahel made a big mistake when it assigned the Ivorian striker Suleiman Coulibaly, a fugitive from Al-Ahly, against whom a ruling was issued by the FIFA Dispute Committee obligating him to pay one million and 400 thousand dollars.

The website indicated that Reda Sharaf El-Din, president of the coastal star club, decided to request a bank loan that will be the guarantor in it and will be allocated to pay the dues of Coulibaly, who also learned that he is preparing to file a complaint to claim his dues, which means additional troubles as a result of a deal that was not originally supposed to occur from the beginning and who contributed In it, he committed a crime against the Tunisian club, especially since the player was suffering from a severe injury to the intersecting ligaments.

Tunisian press reports had suggested depriving the Etoile Sportive Club of the local registration, in the event that Al-Ahly club’s dues were not paid to the Ivorian player Souleymane Coulibaly, which is estimated at one million and 436 thousand dollars, which was approved by the International Sports Court.

During the past days, the International Sports Court rejected the appeal submitted by the Tunisian Etoile du Sahel and Ivorian Souleymane Coulibaly, the former Al-Ahly player, and the court upheld the decision issued by the International Football Association (FIFA) to compel the Etoile Sportive Club and the player to pay one million and 436 thousand dollars to Al-Ahly Club, in addition to secondary fines of 15 %, as of October 2019, with the Tunisian club ES Sahel obligated to pay the litigation fees.

And the Algerian newspaper Al-Shorouk said that the Etoile Sportive Club is threatened with deprivation of registration for 3 consecutive periods due to Al-Ahly’s dues, amounting to one million and 436 thousand dollars, after the Sports Court decided the appeal in favor of the Red Castle.
