Ahmed Nagy: Happy with El-Shennawy's return with Pyramids, and Zamalek must settle for a goalkeeper

Ahmed Nagy, Smouha goalkeeper coach, expressed his great happiness at the return of Pyramids goalkeeper Ahmed El-Shennawy, to participating mainly with the team, after he participated in the last Moroccan Raja match in the Confederation Cup.

Nagy said in statements on the “One Two” program with the media, Seif Zaher: I am very happy with Ahmed El-Shennawy’s return to guard the Pyramids goalkeeper, because he is a talented goalkeeper and it is not true that he is away from the goalkeeping, and his return is a good thing and I hope it continues, and competition is always required and when there is Three guards like Al-Shennawi, Ikrami and Al-Mahdi, this is a good thing.

He added: Zamalek must settle on one goalkeeper, because the goalkeeper's stability helps him balance and helps the team to stability and defensive organization, and it is possible to give other guards a chance in cup matches.

He continued: I have great confidence in the young goalkeepers, who are all talented and distinguished, but this group needs El-Shennawy's presence with the Olympic team.

He concluded: Al-Hani Suleiman is able to compete strongly for the national team’s goalkeeper, he deserves to be present. If Al-Hani Suleiman was in Al-Ahly or Zamalek, he would have gained African experiences that would help him enter the team, but he deserved to join the team.
