JS Kabylie takes Sfaxien in Tunisia in the Confederation quarter-finals

JS Kabylie returned with the most precious victory outside the ground after it brought down Tunisian Sfaxien with a clean goal in the match that brought them together this evening, Sunday, at the stadium, "Tayeb El Mehri, in the first leg of the quarter-finals of the Confederation Championship for the current season 2020/2021."

The only goal of the match came by player Reda bin Sayeh in the 62nd minute of the match, through a penalty kick that the referee calculated in favor of the JSK.

This came after Firas Shawat failed to score a goal in the 45th minute for his team, Sfaxien, after a penalty kick was awarded to the owners of the land in the last minute of the first half.

The two teams are scheduled to meet on Sunday, May 23, at the "Tizi Ouzou" stadium, in the second leg of the quarter-finals of the CAF competition.

The quarter-final draw of the Confederation Championship resulted in Tunisia's Sfaxien meeting with JSK during the draw held at the headquarters of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) in Cairo.

And Orlando Pirates of South Africa will meet with Moroccan Raja, and Pyramids will face Anyimba of Nigeria, and Graf de Dakar of Senegal will face Cameroonian cotton.

Pyramids rose to the quarter-finals of the Confederation after reaching the 12th point in second place in the group tournament after Morocco's Raja, who has 15 points.

Eight teams qualified for the semi-finals, which are: South African Orlando Pirates and Nigerian Enyimba from Group A, Algerian JS Kabylie and Cameroonian Cotton from Group Two, Graf de Dakar of Senegal and Tunisia Sfaxien from Group Three, Moroccan Raja and Egyptian Pyramids from Group Four.
